We Subscribe to the Motor Industry Code of Practice, now the Motor Ombudsman, which was initiated to provide a standard for service within the vehicle repair industry. With garages signed up to the code and its requirements, the motoring public will feel more assured about using those repairers who have committed to it. We are proud to have been appointed by the IGA to their Nationwide network of independent garages through their ‘Approved Garages’ scheme (Please see below.) We have always aspired to provide a professional and efficient service to the motoring public and this appointment will help to confirm this.

The Retail Motor Industry Federation

We have been members of the Retail Motor Industry Federation, formerly the Motor Agents Association, since 1988. The RMI demands high standards from its members and helps to provide advice on the legislative demands that are constantly being increased, while actively lobbying government and the authorities in matters relating to the motor trade. The RMIF will offer advice to any member of the public regarding any issue arising from contact with its members at no cost to the customer. They, as well as motorcodes will provide an arbitration and conciliation service in the rare event that conflicts cannot be here: The RMI
